Coloring Outside the Lines + All Things White

The other day while coloring with my son, I reminded him to stay inside the lines.  He looked at me and asked, “Why?” Usually, I have an answer for the “Why?” questions, but that day I did not.  Does it make a picture prettier if you color inside the lines?  Or should one find beauty…
